Breathless: À bout de souffle (1960)

French new wave crap. Jean-Luc Godard made this film early in his career and the story is almost poetic... just almost. Reckless Michel kills a cop and is on the run. He hides out with an easy American girl Patricia.

She is one of the most wishy-washy characters that I have ever seen on film. He is one of the most insensitive and lazy. I didn't see much, if any, redeeming qualities from these two. I could careless what happened to them throughout and found it painful at times.

I'm not sure if this is a Romance or a Crime film. Silly to call a Thriller [as it is labeled on imdb], silly to waste your time with it.

5/10 is generous for this one, boring and pointless.
