Abbie Cornish, Ben Whishaw, and Paul Schneider star in a romance between 19th century poet John Keats and Fanny Brawne. This film was nominated for an Oscar for Best Costume Design. A nomination that does not speak at all about the quality of the story, plot, script, or acting.The movie clocks in at about two hours even. Way too long for a substance-less plot. There are some scenes that were really pretty in HD, namely the one from the movie poster when she is running around with her siblings in what I'm guessing are bluebonnets.
There really just isn't much to say about this one. It seems fitting for the 18 and under crowd. So if you are a teenage girl... enjoy!
