Michael Rooker stars in a film based on the real life serial killer Henry Lucas. Henry travels across country to visit a friend he made while in prison, Otis. Otis is living with his sister in a run down apartment in Chicago. Henry decides to go out and have some fun and takes Otis along.Henry is chillingly cold about the numerous murders that take place in the film. Not only does he have no remorse, but there is really no reaction to what he is doing. We witness Otis slip from someone who shows remorse, to someone who gets a thrill from the killings.
A short film at just about 80 minutes, simple, and just chilling. I can't say scary, because there is nothing that will get your heart rate up, just events that make you shake your head.
Not bad, worthy of its inclusion on the 101 Horror Films list.
